Prior to joining McCausland Keen + Buckman, Ed spent seven years at a large Pennsylvania real estate investment trust, including three years as in-house transactional real estate counsel.
He has handled more than 1 million square feet of retail leasing transactions, provided fundamental support on redevelopment projects, and conducted extensive due diligence on property refinancing, acquisitions and dispositions totaling more than $500 million. In addition, Ed has considerable experience reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts.
Ed completed a judicial fellowship in the Commerce Division of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. While at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, he served as a law review articles editor and was awarded the Honorable Raymond J. Broderick Constitutional Law Scholarship. He is an active volunteer and has served on the Point Breeze Neighborhood Association’s Board of Public Safety.
