In light of the recent “MeToo” and “Time’s Up” movements, and increased general awareness of sexual harassment issues, it is especially important for companies to ensure they have policies in place to protect their employees and appropriately address claims. McCausland Keen + Buckman employment attorney Dianne Moretzsohn has provided a variety of trainings to firm clients to help them prevent sexual harassment in their places of business and be prepared should a claim arise.

Dianne’s sexual harassment trainings can be tailored to educate both employees and company management. Employee trainings focus on the various types of harassment, the rights of employees to a work environment free of discrimination and harassment, and what action to take should harassment occur. Programs for company management include requirements for documented harassment policies and necessary steps for responding to a claim to avoid potential liability. Dianne has provided trainings at client locations as well as through webinars.

A member of the firm’s Business and Litigation Groups, Dianne advises business owners, executives and human resource managers on employment law issues and provides experienced representation in employment litigation.
