Glenn Gitomer Reappointed to Second Term as Chair of FINRA Discovery Task Force

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) has appointed McCausland Keen + Buckman shareholder Glenn S. Gitomer to another one-year term as Chair of FINRA’s Discovery Task Force.  Established in 2011 by FINRA Dispute Resolution, the Discovery Task Force makes recommendations to improve the arbitration discovery process and is comprised of a select group of attorneys who represent claimants and the securities industry in FINRA arbitrations
