McCausland Keen + Buckman Adopts Local Family for the Holidays

Members of McCausland Keen + Buckman came together to support a local family in need this holiday season. Through Bringing Hope Home’s Adopt-a-Family Program, the firm was paired with a family with two teenage sons whose mother is battling cancer. Our lawyers and staff purchased and collected gifts to fulfill the family’s holiday wish list.

In an afternoon that truly embraced the holiday spirit, a group in the office worked together to wrap and organize all of the donated gifts. Members of the firm then delivered the gifts to the family’s home and spent time visiting with the mother. We are hopeful that this effort will spread cheer to a family in need.

Bringing Hope Home is a non-profit organization that provides Unexpected Amazingness to local families with cancer through financial and emotional support. Through its Light of Hope Family Grant, the organization offers a one-time grant to pay essential household bills for families with cancer. Since its inception in 2008, Bringing Hope Home has supported over 4,000 local families with more than $5.2 million in assistance.

Giving back is a core value of McCausland Keen + Buckman, and the firm takes pride in a strong tradition of community service and civic involvement in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area and beyond.
