Ms. Agran is a shareholder of McCausland Keen & Buckman in the Trusts and Estates practice area. Her practice focuses in the areas of general estate and business succession planning, estate and trust administration, retirement planning, charitable planning and gift and estate taxation.
Her experience includes: representation of clients with closely held businesses, including succession planning, the formation of shareholders agreements and tax counseling; representation of charities, including applications to the Internal Revenue Service for tax classification; and general counseling.
Ms. Agran's clients include entrepreneurs, closely-held businesses, families and individuals including executives of public companies and charitable organizations.
