Mr. Demourtzidis is an associate of McCausland Keen & Buckman in the Real Estate practice area. His practice focuses on the counseling of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers, entrepreneurs and investors in the areas of real estate, finance and general business law.

His real estate experience includes: representing landlords and tenants in negotiating office leases, retail leases, ground leases, subleases and other leases; representing sellers and purchasers of office buildings, shopping centers, industrial properties, residential properties, apartment complexes, and other real properties; representing developers and purchasers of retail shopping centers; and representing entities in the creation of commercial and residential condominiums.

Mr. Demourtzidis's experience in finance includes representing lenders and borrowers in asset-based lending and mortgage-based lending.

His general business law experience includes representing purchasers and sellers in stock and asset transactions, drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts and assisting entrepreneurs in acquiring, selling or growing their business.

Mr. Demourtzidis served as a law clerk for the Honorable Juan R. Sanchez in the United States District Court for Eastern District of Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2005.
