Mr. Escott is a shareholder of McCausland Keen & Buckman in the Real Estate practice area. His practice focuses on the counseling of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers, developers and investors in the areas of commercial real estate, financing and general business law.

His real estate experience includes the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, leasing and operation of warehouse and industrial properties, office buildings, multi-family housing projects, retail centers and residential subdivisions, as well as the creation of commercial and residential condominiums.

Mr. Escott's practice includes the formation and counseling of closely-held businesses, investment entities, joint ventures, developers, investors, lenders, property management companies and entrepreneurs.
