Ms. Lofton is counsel at McCausland Keen & Buckman in the Securities and Business practice groups. She concentrates her practice in the areas of securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, business counseling and general corporate law to public and private clients. Ms. Lofton also handles intellectual property licensing and other technology transfer transactions and executive employment and compensation arrangements.

Previously, Ms. Lofton has served as General Counsel or in-house counsel to the following public companies: InfraSource Services, Inc., a construction and engineering company; Animas Corporation, a medical device company; RMH Teleservices, Inc., a leading provider of relationship management services; and SunGard Data Systems, Inc., a global provider of software, processing and business continuity solutions.

Ms. Lofton is a frequent speaker at legal education courses, including PLI's Annual Disclosure Documents 2008 and RR Donnelley's Annual SEC Institute.
