Mr. Logue is a shareholder of McCausland Keen & Buckman in the Business practice area. His practice focuses on the counseling of clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial loan transactions, real estate and general corporate law. Mr. Logue also frequently represents local and regional financial institutions in a wide range of secured lending transactions.

His experience includes representation of public and private companies in merger and acquisition transactions, including tax-free reorganizations and financings. Mr. Logue also represents buyers, developers and investors in the areas of commercial real estate and financing.
