Mr. Maguire is an associate of McCausland Keen & Buckman in the Real Estate practice group. He represents REITs and other publicly-traded companies, as well as privately held entities, with an emphasis on acquisitions and financing of apartment buildings, self storage facilities and industrial properties.

Mr. Maguire's real estate experience includes: representing landlords and tenants in negotiating office leases, retail leases, ground leases, industrial leases, subleases and other leases; representing sellers and purchasers of shopping centers, apartment complexes, office buildings, hotels, agricultural properties and undeveloped land; representing lenders and borrowers in mortgage-based and hard money lending transactions; and representing property owners in eminent domain matters.
