Mr. Maguire is an associate of McCausland Keen & Buckman in the Real Estate practice area. His practice focuses on transactional real estate law, including leasing, financing, acquisitions and dispositions.

His real estate experience includes: representing landlords and tenants in negotiating office leases, retail leases, ground leases, industrial leases, subleases and other leases; representing sellers and purchasers of shopping centers, apartment complexes, office buildings, hotels, undeveloped land, and other real properties; representing buyers and sellers in sale-leaseback transactions; and representing developers.

Mr. Maguire’s financing experience includes representing lenders and borrowers in mortgage-based lending transactions.
