Mr. Maguire is an associate of McCausland Keen & Buckman in the Real Estate practice area. His practice focuses on transactional real estate law, including leasing, financing, acquisitions and dispositions. Additionally, Mr. Maguire represents property owners in eminent domain matters.

His real estate experience includes: representing landlords and tenants in negotiating office leases, retail leases, ground leases, industrial leases, subleases and other leases; representing sellers and purchasers of shopping centers, apartment complexes, office buildings, hotels, agricultural properties, undeveloped land, and other real properties; representing buyers and sellers in sale-leaseback transactions; and representing developers.

Mr. Maguire’s financing experience includes representing lenders and borrowers in mortgage-based and hard money lending transactions.
