Mr. Maser is a shareholder of McCausland Keen & Buckman in the Tax and Business practice areas. His practice focuses on the counseling of businesses and individuals in the areas of federal, state and local taxation, business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning and administration. Mr. Maser also represents clients in tax controversy matters in federal and state courts and before the IRS and Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. Mr. Maser is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Maser has extensive experience in structuring transactions to be tax efficient and regularly counsels clients on tax-free reorganizations, redemptions, liquidations, capital formation and cross-border transactions using corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. He also advises clients on executive compensation matters and real estate transactions that involve like-kind exchanges.
Mr. Maser's clients include large public companies, middle market companies and small closely-held businesses operating in the manufacturing, distribution and service sectors.
