He has successfully negotiated and closed business transactions and agreements that include buy-side and sell-side acquisitions, business combinations and mergers, private equity offerings, technology licensing, company formation and legal strategy, as well as financing transactions. Mr. McCabe also advises public and private clients on compliance with the securities laws, including Securities Exchange Act of 1934 Act reporting requirements. He has worked with a broad range of clients, including technology companies, specialty gas suppliers, healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations, venture capitalists, manufacturing companies and individual entrepreneurs.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McCabe served as general counsel of a regional medical imaging company.
