Benjamin R. Picker
Mr. Picker is an associate of McCausland Keen & Buckman in the Litigation practice area. His practice focuses on the counseling of companies and individuals involved in commercial and complex civil litigation, intellectual property litigation, real estate litigation, securities litigation and consumer litigation.
Mr. Picker regularly advises and assists clients with regard to breach of contract litigation and general commercial and business disputes. Mr. Picker has experience in all areas of litigation in state and federal court, including discovery proceedings, taking and defending depositions, and court and arbitration appearances.
