       Christine A. Reuther
 

Ms. Reuther is counsel at McCausland Keen & Buckman in the Tax and Business practice areas. Her practice focuses on the counseling of businesses and individuals in the areas of federal, state and local taxation, business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and financings.

Ms. Reuther represents clients in connection with significant corporate financings, including the negotiation and documentation of syndicated credit facilities. She also has extensive experience in structuring transactions to be tax efficient and regularly councils clients on tax-free reorganizations, redemptions, liquidations, capital formation and cross-border transactions using corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.

Prior to joining McCausland Keen & Buckman, Ms. Reuther served for ten years as a Senior Counsel for CIGNA Corporation and prior to that as an Assistant General Counsel for PECO Energy Company.
