Mr. Wolfson is a shareholder of McCausland Keen & Buckman in the Trusts and Estates practice area. His practice focuses on the counseling in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, retirement and financial planning, estate planning for non-U.S. citizens, tax, corporate and business law.
His experience includes representation of clients with closely held businesses including: succession planning, the formation of shareholders agreements and tax counseling; representation of foreigners doing business in the U.S. and U.S. clients doing business abroad; representation of charities; and general counseling.
Mr. Wolfson's clients include entrepreneurs, closely-held businesses, families and individuals including executives of public companies and charitable organizations.
Prior to joining McCausland Keen & Buckman, Mr. Wolfson was a founder and partner of Erskine, Wolfson & Gibbon and its predecessors for over thirty years.
