
Donnell brings a valuable regulatory perspective to individual and institutional investors pursuing securities litigation and arbitration, and also works with companies involved in more general commercial disputes.
With prior experience at the SEC with the Trading & Markets and Enforcement divisions, and at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) in the Office of the General Counsel, Donnell helps clients to better understand and navigate prevailing securities law.
In addition to his strong SEC and CFTC knowledge base, Donnell has an extensive understanding of Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Dispute Resolution (FINRA), American Arbitration Association rules and regulations, and Pennsylvania's Blue Sky laws. He also holds an MBA in accounting.
Outside of securities law, Donnell’s litigation experience includes counseling and advocating on behalf of clients in contract disputes and employment matters.
