Ryan supports public and private companies in the execution of all phases of a real estate transaction. His experience ranges from managing the realities of a significant portfolio deal involving more than 100 commercial properties to handling all aspects of smaller residential transactions. He drafts leases, amendments, subleases and assignments.

Ryan also assists small and closely-held businesses in a range of transactions and general corporate matters. He performs due diligence, including the management of complex disclosure requirements involved in corporate transactions, and drafts supply agreements, particularly for manufacturing clients. Ryan is often called upon to draft organizational documents for both his corporate and real estate clients.

Prior to law school, Ryan worked with a number of start-up and emerging companies on business planning, capital raising and other initiatives.
