Jonathan has been practicing law for more than 40 years, with a concentration in estate planning and estate administration.  A focus of his practice is in counseling clients in the structuring of family businesses to accomplish the dual objectives of proper succession planning and reduction of death taxes.  In addition, Jonathan represents both individuals and businesses before the IRS regarding a variety of income tax issues.  

Jonathan has more than 10 years of service as a member of the Executive Committee of the Probate Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and served on the Executive Committee and as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Tax Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.  He is the former President of the Delaware County Estate Planning Council, has chaired the Delaware County Bar Association Orphans' Court Education Committee and has served 3 terms as the President on the Delaware County Attorney/CPA Forum.
