Rohan's experience covers a broad range of areas, ranging from leveraged finance to crowdfunding transactions. He drafts and reviews credit agreements, purchase agreements, long-term manufacturing agreements, and also counsels later-stage companies through Reg D and Reg CF offerings.

Rohan mainly works with small and closely-held businesses in a range of corporate transactions and general corporate matters. He performs due diligence, negotiations, performs required securities filings with the SEC, and drafts subscription agreements and instruments ranging from convertible notes to SAFES for companies raising capital. Rohan has also played a leading role in a number of private equity transactions and securities offerings.

Prior to law school, Rohan spent four years in Shanghai, China working for a major accounting firm.
