Lisa focuses on general commercial real estate, including retail and office leasing, sales, acquisitions, property development, and finance. Lisa has represented regional developers, large publicly traded corporations, privately held companies, REITs, and institutions of higher education.
Her experience includes representing an industrial development authority in connection with the development of new sports stadiums, drafting an owner’s representative services agreement for a large university housing project, negotiating a complex vendor services agreement on behalf of a major university, and preparing a build-to-suit lease for a financial services firm with approximately $7 billion in annual revenue. She also drafted and negotiated leases on behalf of a management company serving as the landlord of a historic intermodal transportation and retail shopping hub owned by the U.S. Department of Transportation.
Prior to joining McCausland Keen + Buckman, Lisa worked at an Am Law 100 firm in Philadelphia and was a legal intern for the Honorable Bruce I. Fox, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
