Matt concentrates his practice on representing clients in acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising (public and private securities offerings), as well as general corporate and corporate governance matters.

Matt regularly represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies, privately held businesses, strategic investors, and entrepreneurs in connection with M&A and private capital-raising transactions. Matt also serves as “outside general counsel” to a number of clients, providing guidance on commercial contracts, corporate governance, and general risk management.

Prior to joining MKB, Matt worked at an Am Law 100 firm based in Philadelphia.
