Chris Wright will represent McCausland Keen + Buckman at the Association of University Technology Managers’ (AUTM) 2018 Eastern Region Meeting in Baltimore, Maryland and the Western Region Meeting in Boulder, Colorado. An active AUTM member for more than 20 years, Chris has served as both a moderator and panelist at the organization’s annual and regional meetings. He will be participating in the panel presentation, “Ride That Bucking Bronco: Structuring the Start-up Deal” and moderating “Start-up Deal Structures: The Next Wave?” Chris will also be presenting a webinar with Robert B. McGrath, Senior Associate Vice Provost and Executive Director of Technology Commercialization at Drexel University, on September 18th titled, “Structuring Equity License Transactions for Success.”
