David R. Dratch represented Independence Seaport Museum in connection with an agreement for Liberty Pointe, a sprawling waterfront restaurant at Penn's Landing in Philadelphia. Assisting David with this complex agreement was Stephan K. Pahides and David Lebor. Situated next to the Independent Seaport Museum, this 28,000 square foot restaurant is coming to Penn's Landing this Spring. Liberty Pointe will be among Philadelphia's largest restaurants that offers waterfront views, live entertainment, and casual cuisine with a seafood focus. The restaurant, boasting a 1,400-person capacity, will include multiple seating areas that are essentially wrapped around the Independent Seaport Museum building at Penn's Landing. Liberty Pointe will include five bars, seven private event spaces, and an outdoor amphitheater for music performances. The restaurant, located at 211 S. Columbus Boulevard, will be split between 3,000 square feet of indoor space that can accommodate 75 people year-round and 25,000 square feet of outdoor space that will be open seasonally. Great job to all!
