Ed is an associate in McCausland Keen + Buckman’s Real Estate practice group. Formerly serving as in-house counsel for a large Pennsylvania real estate investment trust, Ed now counsels developers, landlords, tenants and other commercial clients on a range of real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and construction and redevelopment projects. In addition, Ed has considerable experience drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts and leases. Ed’s clients include publically traded companies, privately held businesses and individuals.
