Glenn Gitomer and Benjamin Picker Named to 2017 Super Lawyers/Rising Stars Lists

McCAUSLAND Keen + Buckman is proud to announce that Glenn S. Gitomer has been named a 2017 Super Lawyer and Benjamin R. Picker has been named a 2017 Rising Star, both for securities litigation.  This is the tenth year in a row that Gitomer has been named a Super Lawyer, and the sixth straight year (and seventh overall) that Picker has been named a Rising Star.  Super Lawyers and Rising Stars are attorney rating services of Thomson Reuters, which states that it selects attorneys using a patented multiphase selection process. According to Thomson Reuters, peer nominations and evaluations are combined with independent research, each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement, and selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis. Only 5% of eligible attorneys are selected as Super Lawyers (attorneys who are both older than forty and have been practicing law for more than ten years) and only 2.5% of eligible attorneys are selected as Rising Stars (attorneys who are either forty years or younger or who have been practicing law ten years or less).
