Kara is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and Temple University, and a member of the Chester County, Delaware County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
She is a dedicated soccer mom and volunteer for the Conestoga High School Girls Soccer Booster Club and passionate fan of all things Penn State.
