Ladies and Gentlemen:

We wanted you to know that McCausland Keen + Buckman is working in a fully remote environment in light of the current uncertain and unsettling circumstances caused by COVID-19.  We successfully navigated through the first month of this model and continued to provide the range of legal services our clients deserve and expect.  Governor Wolf’s Order of March 19, 2020, as amended, means that our firm and countless other businesses across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will remain in a remote work mode for the foreseeable future.

These are unprecedented times, and we recognize that you, your families, employees and friends are also adjusting to this “new normal” and are doing your best to handle the stress and uncertainty it presents.  We hope first and foremost that you are safe and healthy and adhering to all currently prescribed guidelines regarding social distancing and hygiene.  We are confident that the measures we have taken to date, together with any additional measures we deem necessary in the days ahead, will allow us to continue to serve your needs for as long as this situation exists.

If you need to reach any of our attorneys or paralegals, you can contact them by email or telephone, or you can reach out to their administrative assistant.  This website has biographies of all of our attorneys, including their contact information.  You may also leave a voicemail message in our general mailbox, and we will respond as promptly as possible.  Although face-to-face meetings are often preferable, in light of Governor Wolf’s Order and current guidelines, we are discouraging in-person meetings to the greatest extent possible.  If you believe an in-person meeting is the only option, please contact the attorney(s) you are working with to discuss how to proceed.  We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and update this website as warranted with the latest developments on COVID-19 legislation and Orders affecting our clients.

We appreciate your support, offer our support to you, and look forward to a return to more normal working and living conditions.  Please stay safe and healthy, and do not hesitate to contact us if you need our assistance.

Thank you,

McCausland Keen + Buckman
