On February 19, 2019, long-time McCausland Keen + Buckman paralegal Paula Tanskley-Bradley presented a webinar for The Institute for Paralegal Education titled, “The Corporate Paralegal’s Guide to Drafting, Recordkeeping and More.” Attendees received practical advice regarding numerous aspects of corporate paralegal responsibilities, including corporate formation, researching patents, managing corporate minute books, assisting with closings of corporate transactions, compliance, and more.
