On May 7, 2020, Stephan K. Pahides, a partner in our Real Estate Group, was a panel member for Newmark Knight Frank’s webinar on “Vital Tenant Issues” during which he discussed the challenges facing landlords and tenants in reopening offices during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Steve was joined on the panel by John Laprocido, Managing Principal of L2P, an architectural firm, Alex Johnson, Global Managing Director, Corporate Services with Newmark, and moderator, Jeffrey M. Tertel, Executive Managing Director, Global Corporate Services with Newmark.
