COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY
McCausland Keen + Buckman has an immediate opening for a commercial real estate attorney (4 or more years of experience preferred) to join its sophisticated transactional practice. Relevant experience and strong writing skills are required. A portable book of business is a plus, but not required. Our real estate attorneys represent REITs, private equity-backed real estate companies and other clients across a broad array of real estate acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing transactions.
CORPORATE ATTORNEY
McCausland Keen + Buckman is looking to add one or more experienced business law attorneys with an entrepreneurial focus. A portable book of business is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate(s) should have a minimum of five (5) years of experience, with expertise representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, debt financings, licensing transactions and general corporate governance matters. Securities law background and experience a plus. Candidate(s) must be able to work collaboratively and efficiently with colleagues in other areas – such as employment, real estate, securities and tax law matters.
COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ATTORNEY
McCausland Keen + Buckman is looking to add an experienced commercial litigator with an existing book of business and the potential to quickly head up this practice area. Depending on the size of the candidate’s book and needs, we could consider bringing on the candidate’s supporting associates. The successful candidate should have strong leadership and business development skills.
