McCausland Keen + Buckman Associate Patrice Turenne was recently named to The Garage Community and Youth Center’s Executive Board. The Garage is an after school and youth development program serving Middle and High School Students in Kennett Square and West Grove, which aims to empower youth to pursue their potential through providing a safe place to build relationships and receive support. Between the two centers, approximately 500 students pass through The Garage’s doors annually.
In her role as a board member, Patrice will bring her passion for youth education and advocacy, and her experience dispute resolution and employment law. The Board serves an important role in the mission, strategy and oversight of The Garage, as each member serves as an advocate for the organization and promotes good governance.
A member of the firm’s Litigation and Employment group, Patrice handles complex litigation matters with experience in commercial, premises liability, professional liability and property damage. She also provides practical guidance to business owners, in-house council and HR Directors on employment law and related litigation.
